Giles Means Defender
Giles means "Defender" and that is what we do at the Giles & Giles law firm. We defend your rights, property, or interests when they are at risk or might become at risk. No matter what your legal situation, we provide a shield of protection to safeguard you from the harsh potential penalties of the legal system. We always seek to provide you with the best resolution, regardless of what your legal problem might be. We are here to stand by your side and help you through a difficult time as quickly and painlessly as we can.
Family Law, Estate Law & Criminal Defense Representation
The Giles & Giles law firm maintains an active staff of attorneys who are capable of handling most legal situations. Our primary areas of practice are criminal defense (in both state and federal court), family law (divorce, custody, and child support), , and estate law (wills, trusts, estate planning, etc.). To further defend the rights of our present and potential clients, we stay current on many additional areas of the law and maintain professional relationships with other competent attorneys to whom we may refer cases to address these extended concerns.
We believe that client communication is key, which is the reason the term counselors is used below our name in addition to attorneys. We advise you of the possible legal solutions that are presented by your cases and defend your rights, interests, and property based upon the manner in which you choose to move forward. It’s your case, so it’s your decision.
Your Waco Attorney - Your Texas Attorney
Giles & Giles is committed to providing legal solutions to life’s problems. While we primarily service the Central Texas area (our office is located directly across from the McLennan County courthouse in Waco), we can easily handle cases and defend clients throughout the state of Texas and beyond. We are not just Waco attorneys. Because we practice throughout the state, we are also Belton attorneys, Temple attorneys, Ft. Hood attorneys, Dallas attorneys, Austin attorneys, Houston attorneys, or El Paso attorneys. We are Texas attorneys, and our passion and goal is to defend the people of Texas.
We offer free initial consultations to find out what we can do for you without any upfront obligation or cost. We accept many forms of payment (including all major credit cards) and offer payment plans. Additionally, some types of cases don’t require you to pay us any fee at all unless you recover.
If you need a Personal Injury Lawyer, we are here to help. If you need a Business Lawyer, we are here to help. If you need a Criminal Lawyer, we are here to help. If you need a Family Lawyer, we are here to help.If you aren't sure what you need, we are here to help.
Not Just Traditional Representation
We understand that legal fees can be expensive, and many cannot find time to go see an attorney. That’s why we offer you the means to do it yourself, on your schedule - with some help from us.
Attorney Prepared Legal Documents are similar to those found on legal document preparation websites except that we will prepare the documents and advise you on issues regarding their preparation. This service is meant for simple to moderately complex legal matters that costs significantly less than hiring an attorney outright. Pricing is fixed based on the legal document you would like us to create for you.
Sometimes all you need is for an attorney to answer a single question or give advice on a pivotal decision, so we offer Legal Advise by Telephone or Email on a single issue only for a fixed fee. You may ask any questions you need answered regarding your one legal issue and we will advise you on the legal implications and possible solutions for that one issue.
With Legal and Court Coaching we can help you represent yourself in court or in other legal situations. We would offer guidance, evaluation of offers and proposals, warnings for common problems and possible solutions to help you. As with our legal advice by phone or email, legal and court coaching is limited to a single legal issue.
With our Legal Document Review service we can review your existing legal documents no matter who made them. We would review the document for you, provide advice based on your needs and, if necessary, offer suggested revisions.
